These terms apply to any booking made through us. They are written to be understood without a lawyer.
WE-BUS is a passenger transport broker. We own neither vehicles nor drivers: we select a licensed and insured coach operator, negotiate the price, and follow the job through.
The transport contract is between you and the operator; the commercial contract is between you and us. In practice: we are who you call if something is wrong, and it is on us to fix it.
Prices are quoted excluding tax, per vehicle and not per passenger. They cover the vehicle, the driver, fuel, tolls and the operator's insurance.
They do not cover driver accommodation beyond what the quote states, paid parking and access on site, or waiting time not in the agreed programme.
A price shown by the estimator is firm for seven days, subject to availability on the requested date. An EU company supplying a valid intra-community VAT number is invoiced without VAT; otherwise the VAT of the departure country applies.
A request is not a booking. The booking becomes firm when we confirm in writing that a vehicle is held for your date and the deposit has reached us.
Unless agreed otherwise, a 30 % deposit is due on confirmation and the balance no later than seven days before departure. Public bodies and companies under agreement may pay on invoice.
Cancellation terms depend on the chosen operator and are spelled out in full on your quote before you accept it. We never confirm a booking without having shown them to you.
On our side: a vehicle matching what was ordered, a driver holding the required qualifications, and compliance with EU regulation 561/2006 on driving and rest times.
On yours: exact places and times, a passenger count that matches, and a group whose behaviour does not put the driver in difficulty. Damage found afterwards is invoiced.
Write to rent@we-bus.com describing what happened. We acknowledge within two working days and answer on the substance within fifteen days.
These terms are governed by Bulgarian law. In the event of a dispute an amicable solution is sought before any proceedings; failing that, the courts of Sofia have jurisdiction.
