Our fleet

WE-BUS operates vans, minibuses and coaches based all over Europe. You book a category; the vehicle assigned to your trip belongs to that category and meets the standard described below. Here is what to expect.

Van — 8 seats

Airport runs, small delegations, film crews.

Minibus — 16 to 19 seats

The most requested size. Corporate teams, family groups, sports clubs.

Midibus — 25 to 35 seats

School trips, weddings, conference shuttles.

Coach — 36 to 52 seats

Full groups, multi-day tours, long-distance transfers.

Standard equipment

• Air conditioning
• Reclining seats with seat belts
• Luggage hold sized for the category, with a large hold on coaches
• Microphone and audio system on midibuses and coaches
• Toilet on request on 50-seat coaches: tell us when you book
• USB sockets or 230 V plugs on most recent vehicles, on request

How the vehicle is assigned

The exact vehicle is assigned when your booking is confirmed by our planning team, from the base closest to your departure point. We then tell you the vehicle category and, if you ask, send a photo of the assigned vehicle. The photos on this page show typical vehicles of each category, not the one that will drive you.

Which size for your group?

Count the passengers, then keep a margin for luggage: a 16-seat minibus is comfortable for 12 to 14 people with suitcases. Beyond 52 passengers we send two vehicles. Our price engine does this for you: enter your headcount and it picks the right category.
