Planning group travel? These are the questions we are asked most often, by schools, companies, agencies and works councils. Every trip is different, but the process is always the same: a price straight away, availability confirmed within 24 hours, one contact until you are back.

How does booking work?
You give us your route, your dates and the size of the group: the price appears at once. If you accept it, we check that a coach is free on that route and confirm within 24 hours. You then receive a firm quote and a single invoice, whichever country you are in.
What is included in the price?
The vehicle, the driver, fuel and tolls. Beyond the hours a single driver is allowed, the second driver is included too, as is the driver's accommodation on the journeys that require it. Whatever is not included is written plainly on the quote: site entry fees, special parking, passengers' meals.
Which countries do you operate in?
28 European countries and 215 departure cities. Our prices are set market by market, from the rates actually charged in each country.
What vehicle sizes are available?
Four sizes: an 8-seat van, a 16 to 19-seat minibus, a 25 to 35-seat midibus, a 36 to 52-seat coach. Above 52 passengers we split the group across several vehicles — tell us the exact headcount and we will price the whole thing.
Can we book multi-day trips and tours?
Yes, and this is where the price is really decided. Depending on the gap between the outward and return legs, it is sometimes cheaper to keep the vehicle on site — with the driver's accommodation — and sometimes cheaper to run two independent journeys. The engine compares both and keeps the cheaper one for you.
Are your drivers qualified?
Our drivers are bound by EU regulation 561/2006 — 9 hours of driving a day, 13 hours on duty, a second driver required beyond that. Our quotes build those limits in rather than ignoring them: the second driver is priced from the start when the distance calls for one, not discovered the night before.
How far in advance should we book?
The price is available at any time, and we confirm availability within 24 hours. In practice, allow two to three weeks for an ordinary departure, and more from June to September or on long weekends, when coaches go quickly. A last-minute request is always worth making.
Do you handle corporate events and large groups?
Yes: seminars, conferences, shuttles on rotation between a hotel and a venue, delegations across several vehicles. For companies with an EU VAT number, the invoice is issued without VAT under the reverse charge.
Do you offer airport transfers?
It is the request we get most. One pick-up, one drop-off, a flat price over short distances. Give us the flight number: we follow the actual schedule and the coach waits if the flight is late.
What if our plans change?
Write to us as early as you can. A change of time or route is often settled at no extra cost; if it does change the price, we tell you before confirming anything. Cancellation terms are set out on your quote.
