This site is built to ask you for as little as possible. Here is exactly what happens.
No account to create. No advertising tracker. No selling of data. No cookie banner, because there is no cookie to accept: the site sets none.
Fonts are hosted on our own server rather than at Google. The customer reviews on the home page are copied from our Google listing and served by our own server: no third-party script, no external image. No page on this site calls an outside service, and none sets a cookie.
Only what you send yourself: your message and your address when you write to us, and your journey details when you request a booking.
That information is used to prepare your quote, pass it to the chosen operator, and invoice you. Nothing else.
The price is calculated entirely inside your browser. The rate grid is downloaded with the page, and your journey never leaves your device unless you write to us. We do not know which prices you looked at.
If you contact us on WhatsApp, that exchange falls under WhatsApp's own privacy policy, over which we have no control. The chosen operator receives what is needed to run the journey: the place, the time, the number of passengers and a contact name.
Commercial correspondence is kept for three years after the last contact. Accounting records are kept for ten years, as Bulgarian law requires.
You may request access to, correction or deletion of your data, and its portability, by writing to rent@we-bus.com. We answer within thirty days. If we cannot agree, you may refer the matter to the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection (CPDP).
