School trips
Moving a class engages the school's responsibility. We only assign school groups vehicles whose transport licence and insurance have been checked, and our quotes build in the European driving rules instead of discovering them en route.
The price is firm and per vehicle: for a class budget, that is one figure to have approved once, not a range that moves. Public schools pay on invoice where an agreement provides for it.

Are the drivers vetted?
Yes: passenger transport licence and insurance verified before any job. Our drivers are bound by EU regulation 561/2006 — 9 hours of driving maximum, mandatory rest — and our quotes respect it by default.
How many accompanying adults should we count?
Your school's or authority's rules set that. Count the adults in the headcount you send us: the total number of seats determines the vehicle size.
Can we pay on invoice?
Public institutions and bodies under agreement pay on receipt of invoice. Otherwise: 30 % deposit on confirmation, balance seven days before departure — same as everyone.
