Yes. The price the estimator shows is held for seven days, subject to a vehicle being available on your date. It is not a range: it is the amount that appears on the invoice.
EU regulation 561/2006 caps a driver at 9 hours at the wheel per day. Beyond roughly 650 km in a day, a second driver becomes mandatory; the estimator adds it to the price automatically and tells you.
